COERR Mae Hong Son have developed COERR Agricultural Learning and Demonstration Centers in Ban Mai Nai Soi and Ban Mae Surin camps to encourage the refugees to become skilful in organic farming for future career.
The COERR Agricultural Learning and Demonstration Center in Ban Mae Surin camp provides knowledge and skills in plant cultivation and propagation in the plant nursery; animal breeding and raising, for demonstration. Chili, eggplant, lemon and banana are planted, and pigs are raised, for learning as well as for refugees’ income generation.

Fish, frog and goat raising in COERR Agricultural Learning and Demonstration Center are in progress. So far, there are 8 goats, four of them were born in this center
Training in Ban Mai Nai Soi camp
On May 8th: Training on Beansprout Planting for Lunch Program provided to 10 Boarding House Students
On May 20th: Organic Farming training course was organized for 9 refugee staff to further advise refugee farmers.

COERR Agricultural Learning and Demonstration Center in Ban Mae Surin camp promoted several crops like Chinese white cabbage, Leaf mustard, Chinese kale, Water morning glory, Pumpkin, etc. The center also prepared the land for the coming rice cultivation season.
